Hello, Lovelies! I know I say this every single time I make a blog post, but I'm so sorry I haven't posted in a long time! I know I keep saying I'm going to commit to this blog but it seems I really am much too lazy. I really want to do it but my motivation is little to non existent. I'll try my best though.
OKIE! On to the blog post!
OKIE! On to the blog post!
I played with my Naked 1 palette today and when I was done I was pleasantly surprised at how well the look came out. Usually when I try new things with eye shadow it looks like a big, grey, mess. Luckily, that did not happen this time so I like to think my make up skills are improving!
I'm really bad at naming make up looks, but I think what people would normally call this is a neutral smokey eye. I exclusively used the Naked 1 palette from Urban Decay so if you're attempting this look, grab that or shadows similar!
Step one: I started out by putting Toasted all over my lid
Step two: I then put Creep just above my crease, blending it out. I also blended that a bit down onto my outer lid.
Step three: Next I took Hustle and I put that in my crease, blending it down into my outer lid, just like I did with Creep.
Step four: To highlight, I put Sin on my brow bone.
Step five: To finish up put a bit more Toasted on your inner lid so it doesnt get lost because of the other shadows.
Next you can finish up with your choice of white eyeliner to put in your waterline. My favourite is by Urban Decay in Yeyo. To complete your eye make up put your favourite mascara on your top and bottom lashes. My favourite is a tie between They're Real by Benefit and Buxom Sculpted mascara.
There you have it! I hope you enjoyed this and I hope you love this colour combination as much as I do! Let me know in the comment section what else you would like to see me blog about and what you thought of this. Stay lovely!
